Cancer is an incredibly emotional journey and connections are vitally important for support. Gilda’s Club Twin Cities understands this more than most and they pivoted quickly to virtual support programs as a result of COVID-19. This new direction also meant a change in their donor outreach and they sought Voom CreativeTM to design a direct mailer as well as related graphics and social media images for donors.
As a nonprofit relying on donations to finance their free programming, Gilda’s Club Twin Cities needed a mailer that would resonate with their donors. The mailer would encourage giving and inform donors the staff at Gilda’s Club Twin Cities was as passionate as ever and still providing the same quality of service.

Gilda’s Club was founded in New York City in 1995 in memory of Gilda Radner, an alum of Saturday Night Live. The Twin Cities chapter opened its doors in 2014 to help ensure more than 29,000 Minnesotans impacted by cancer each year never face cancer alone. Gilda’s Club Twin Cities offers programs, classes, support groups and resources to cancer patients, survivors and their families.
