Background
A-Plus Transportation is a Minneapolis-based Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation to those who need transportation to medical appointments. A-Plus was operating under an identity that was tired and inconsistent and it no longer conveyed the safe, reliable and responsive nature of their business.
A-Plus engaged Voom Creative to create a new logo and identity as well as to help uncover and leverage their unique value proposition. With the growth of A-Plus, the company was exceeding industry standards with their 10-minute pick-up program.

Award
Creating a modern, unified brand that was adaptable across all marketing touch points, from website to fleet decals, was a core objective of the new A-Plus identity. This included a new logo and color palette that communicated safety, reliability and responsiveness as well as a simple landing page.
We began by bringing A-Plus through our discovery process and then evaluated local medical transportation companies to uncover what makes A-Plus different from their competitors. From this, we established new logo colors that convey trust along with a memorable logo mark and typeface to integrate the look. We leveraged their industry-leading pick-up times by adding the 10-minute pick-up program verbiage to their website and vehicle decal.
Our work for A-Plus Transportation led to a new and repeat customer volume increase of 22% for their business and an international MarCom Platinum award for Voom Creative.
